Accessories Advisor - Help Riders Gear Up

Location:

SuperBike Factory, Bradford

Contract:

Part-Time (16 hours per week with potential for overtime)

Salary:

12.21 per hour

As an Accessories Advisor, you'll do more than just sell gear - you'll guide customers through the kit that enhances their riding experience, offering expert advice, great service, and genuine enthusiasm for everything two-wheeled.


Whether it's helping someone find their first helmet or gearing up a seasoned biker with new accessories, you'll be part of a retail team that lives and breathes motorcycles.

What You'll Be Doing

Welcoming with Passion:

Greet every customer with energy and warmth, offering guidance and a positive experience from start to finish.

Helping with Ownership:

Take pride in understanding each customer's needs and recommending products that truly fit their riding style and budget.

Keeping it Spotless:

Keep displays looking sharp, restock products, and manage deliveries to ensure everything's in the right place at the right time.

Working with Team Spirit:

Support your teammates to keep the shop floor running smoothly and ensure everyone's set up for success.

Learning Every Day:

Stay up to speed on our accessories range, from jackets to phone mounts--and share your knowledge to help riders gear up with confidence.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or just a natural flair with people) Enthusiasm and confidence--you're happy talking to anyone, any time A team-first attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed

Nice-to-Haves:

Product knowledge in motorcycle gear and accessories A passion for bikes and biking culture (don't worry, we'll fuel this too!)
