We are a growing modest fashion brand dedicated to empowering women through stylish, elegant, and contemporary modest wear. We're looking for a passionate and confident Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us deliver exceptional experiences to our customers at ANAYA.
Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, must show excellent product knowledge, product guidance/recommendations, and representing our brand with professionalism and warmth--both online and on camera when needed.
The Customer Service Assistant will serve as a key representative of our brand. You will ensure each customer feels valued, informed, and well taken care of.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product information, sizing support, returns/exchanges, and general inquiries.
Represent the brand confidently on camera/social media for product showcases, try-ons, or Q&A sessions (as needed).
Collaborate with the marketing and fulfilment teams to resolve customer issues quickly.
Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and brand engagement.
Carrying out regular store moves as management requires
Launching promotions
Working extra hours when deliveries arrive
Covering shifts as/when needed
Dressing appropriately in uniform to show you represent the brand
Requirements:
Basic maths skills for handling transactions and stock counts
Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods and multitask efficiently
Confident, articulate, and comfortable speaking on camera.
Hard-working, proactive, and able to work independently.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to product updates.
Excellent communication skills--both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset.
Friendly, patient, and customer focused.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Fast learner who can adapt to new tools and product updates.
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Multilingual abilities, particularly fluency in English, Urdu, Punjabi
