Working Pattern: 25 hours per week, 5 over 7 including evenings and weekends

We're looking for two dedicated and customer-focused Retail Assistants to join our team at Helles Barracks in Catterick Garrison. If you take pride in providing great service, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are flexible with your working hours, this could be the role for you.

To be eligible for this role, due to the sector requirements: you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.

What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering excellent customer service at all times Keeping shelves fully stocked and displays clean, tidy, and well-presented Receiving and storing deliveries efficiently Handling till operations, including cashing up at the beginning and end of shifts Maintaining cleanliness across shop shelving, refrigeration units, and counters Ensuring stock levels are maintained and rotated appropriately

A flexible, reliable, and positive attitude Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Retail experience is a bonus, but not essential - full training will be provided
