Job description

We are looking for a retail assistant to run our friendly team at the fashion store "Fenella" in Chichester. The store is situated right in the heart of Chichester and has a great footfall and customer base.

Ideally (but not essential) candidates must have some retail and sales experience, friendly manner and passion for fashion.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean and organised sales floor
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise sales
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Stay knowledgeable about current promotions, discounts, and product features
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Experience:
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Fluent in English
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling
- Organisational skills to maintain inventory and merchandise displays
