Scott Brothers Butchers are looking for A retail shop assistant who can communicate with people from all walks of life and constantly focus on our customers. You will be joining a very happy and loyal team of employees.

Supporting the management team, you will contribute to the successful running of the shop, ensuring that all customers receive great products and a friendly service at all times. Food handling experience is preferred but not essential as all training will be provided. Applicants should be polite, presentable and have a kind and happy personality.

Main duties will include, but not be limited to - customer service, food preparation & packing, and maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.

This job is based on a rota covering Monday to Saturday, working a maximum of 25 hours per week, between the hours of approximately 10am to 4pm, but this is not fixed and some flexibility will be expected with notice. Days of work and hours required are dependent on the needs of the store, but we do try to be flexible in our approach to employee's working times, and we do require the same in return. We are a company that believes that our employees are our greatest asset.
