Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role involves engaging with diverse customers, providing product information, and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment. The position offers an opportunity to develop sales skills, gain retail experience, and contribute to the success of our store must also be able to do early mornings ,late evenings , night shifts & weekends .

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Provide detailed product information and demonstrate features when necessary Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system Manage stock levels, restock shelves, and organise merchandise efficiently Offer excellent phone etiquette when handling enquiries Assist in organising promotional events or sales campaigns Keep the store clean, organised, and welcoming at all times Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Fluency in English Strong communication skills with an emphasis on friendly and professional interaction Organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods Basic maths skills for handling transactions and cash register operations Experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not essential; training will be provided Ability to work well within a team and independently when required Excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail and cleanliness
