Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, have an eye for fashion and designer clothing, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining the organisation of the sales floor. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop retail skills within a vibrant environment, supporting both personal growth and organisational success. We are looking for 1 Full Timer and 2 Part Timers to join the company.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting products that meet their needs Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure an attractive and organised sales floor Upsell products and promote ongoing promotions to maximise sales opportunities Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while adhering to cash handling procedures Provide information about products, features, and benefits to enhance customer experience Manage stock levels by replenishing shelves and organising stockroom inventory Handle customer enquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store environment at all times Assist in organising promotional displays and seasonal decorations Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth store operations Picking and packing all online orders. To ensure orders are shipped out same day.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Basic maths skills for processing transactions and managing stock levels are necessary Excellent communication skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanour Familiarity with merchandising principles and visual presentation standards is desirable
