Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide attentive assistance throughout their shopping experience Assist customers with product enquiries and offer personalised recommendations Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays Upsell products and promote ongoing promotions to maximise sales opportunities Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions accurately and courteously Manage stock levels, restock shelves, and organise merchandise in line with store policies Ensure the sales floor remains clean, organised, and welcoming at all times Handle customer queries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth store operations

Skills

Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or additional languages is advantageous Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and stock management Excellent time management to prioritise tasks during busy periods Phone etiquette to provide professional assistance over the phone Upselling techniques to enhance sales performance without compromising customer satisfaction Merchandising knowledge to create visually appealing displays that attract customers Ability to work collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and reliability
