Temporary Retail Sales Associate.

Working as a Brand Ambassador/Retail Sales Associate in various stalls around Edinburgh City area during the Festive period.

Selling/Promoting a range of alcoholic drinks, Including our award winning Reaper's Rum and our incredibly popular mulled festive punch

The stalls will predominantly be outdoor and so you can be exposed to the elements. We use outdoor wooden chalets which do offer some kind of protection from the weather.

Previous retail experience is an advantage, but a cheery happy personality is a must.

Product training will be given prior to commencement.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Sell products and services to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals

- Upselling skills to promote additional products or services to customers
