We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their needs. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers will be key to driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in navigating the store. Provide knowledgeable product information and answer customer queries. Demonstrate effective upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor. Process transactions accurately using the till system. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards. Manage time efficiently to balance customer service with other responsibilities.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in BSL or other languages is a plus for a multilingual environment. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Excellent organisational skills to keep the sales area tidy and well-stocked. Proven time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy retail setting. Previous experience in retail or sales is a must!
