We are seeking a confident and motivated Retail Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to develop a career in sales with real progression opportunities.

What you'll be doing:

Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products Driving sales and hitting personal and team targets Delivering outstanding customer service to create lasting impressions Supporting merchandising, stock levels, and store presentation Building product knowledge to confidently advise customers
