Main purpose of the role...

Providing excellent customer care in all care pathways being utilised in the store. Equipment / technical set ups, completing of delegated tasks Perform diagnostic / pre-assessment procedures under the supervision of the optometrist Perform digital imaging and OCT scan capture Perform visual field testing following the attending optometrist's instructions of strategy and programme

Essential skills

Excellent customer communication skills Confident to seek guidance and support when needed

Main responsibilities

Provide clear explanation of the appointment to the customer Ensure all datas protection and regulatory rules and regulations are explained and followed Complete the necessary diagnostics with the customer whilst adhering to the current IPC and PPE guidelines Ensure the customer is comfortable and aware of what to expect at each part if their journey
