Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding service & a love for dogs!!
Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their dogs needs Provide detailed product information and answer customer enquiries courteously Upsell additional items and promotions to maximise sales opportunities Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system Manage stock levels, organise stockroom, and assist with inventory checks Handle phone enquiries professionally, providing excellent phone etiquette.
If you have dog grooming experience this is an added bonus & can be incorporated into the role.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: From 12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
Work Location: In person
