Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their selections. Promote our range of baked goods through effective upselling techniques. Maintain the presentation of products through merchandising. Manage transactions accurately using POS systems. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Support inventory management and stock replenishment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Uphold cleanliness and safety standards within the store environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail sales or customer service. Strong communication skills in English Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Basic math proficiency for handling transactions. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude. Knowledge of merchandising and upselling techniques is preferred.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
