Day-to-day duties

As a Retail Assistant you'll need to be friendly, outgoing and confident. We're looking for people who can relate well to children and will be the welcoming face of Blair Drummond Safari Park.

Positioned in one of the onsite shops throughout the Safari Park, your duties will include:

Welcoming visitors

Managing queues

Handling cash and card payments

Replenishing stock

Maintaining the park to a high standard

Supporting visitors with enquiries throughout the day

Occasionally entertaining visitors in animal mascot costumes!

Knowledge, skills and qualifications required:

Experience in a customer-facing role

Experience working with children or public

Experience handling cash and card payments
