An exciting opportunity has arisen at Lace & Lillies.

The successful applicant will have comparable experience gained within a high street retailer, and will combine an outgoing personality with a genuine love of Childrens Clothing and special occasion wear.

Key areas of responsibility will be:

maximising the store's sales and profitability. Providing the best experience to our customers, with brand and designer knowledge. Engaging with social media followers and updating our followers with our latest products. delivering unequalled levels of customer service. developing the brand name and image of the store through compliance with all company policy and procedures. promoting high visual merchandising standards; ensuring that store housekeeping standards are continually achieved.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

previous experience within Fashion retail Capable of programming shopify and regulary updating websites. high levels of enthusiasm, drive and motivation. a proven track record of driving sales. the ability to multitask and meet excellent customer service skills.
