The Role

As a Retail Assistant, you'll be responsible for delivering positive customer experiences in a retail setting while representing our clients' brands professionally.

customer-facing, on-site role

, ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and want to build confidence, communication skills, and retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting and engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner Representing client brands within a retail environment Providing product information and assisting with customer enquiries Delivering high standards of customer service Supporting in-store promotions and retail campaigns Working as part of a team to achieve daily goals Maintaining a positive and professional retail environment
