Retail Assistant

Delivering exceptional customer service at all times Supporting stock control and inventory processes Working towards and achieving store KPIs Assisting customers with queries and resolving issues efficiently Collaborating with store management to ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For:
Previous retail experience (essential) Strong communication and interpersonal skills A passion for delivering outstanding customer service A proactive and team-oriented attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: 13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
London SW10 9LZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Retail sales: 3 years (required) Customer service: 3 years (required)
