The Role: Retail Assistant

As a Retail Assistant at Lapland UK, you'll play an important part in creating a magical shopping experience for our guests. Working in our beautifully themed retail outlets, you'll help families find the perfect keepsake, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure the store reflects the wonder of Lapland.

You will:

Welcome and assist guests, offering product information and handling any queries Promote offers and upsell items to help achieve sales targets Accurately process transactions using POS systems, including handling cash and card payments Replenish shelves, rotate stock, and maintain attractive product displays Ensure the store remains clean, safe, and well-organised, including supporting with opening and closing procedures Work closely with your team and participate in daily briefings

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and people skills with a warm, professional attitude Confident in providing outstanding customer service Detail-oriented and accurate with transactions and stock control Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
