The Role: Retail Assistant

As a

Retail Assistant

at

LaplandUK

, you'll play a vital role in creating a magical shopping experience for our guests. Working within our beautifully themed retail outlets, you'll help families find the perfect keepsake, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure the store reflects the enchanting spirit of Lapland.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Greeting and assisting guests with product information, answering questions, and resolving queries Promoting special offers and upselling to help meet sales targets Accurately processing transactions using POS systems, handling both cash and card payments Restocking shelves, rotating inventory, and maintaining attractive product displays Keeping the store clean, safe, and well-organised, including supporting opening and closing procedures Collaborating closely with your team and actively participating in daily briefings

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a warm and professional approach Confidence in delivering exceptional customer service Strong attention to detail, especially with transactions and stock management Reliable, punctual, and well-presented at all times
