The Role



We are seeking a dynamic and creative

Retail Assistant Manager

to help lead the retail presentation and sales strategy across our pharmacy group. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic planning with on-the-ground execution, ensuring our retail spaces are inviting, well-merchandised, and commercially successful.

Key Responsibilities



Develop the retail presentation and sales performance across 32 branches Implement merchandising using planograms to seasonal strategies Maintain high standards of cleanliness and visual appeal throughout all retail areas Develop and execute engaging window displays Organise and coordinate promotional campaigns across branches Conduct regular branch audits, providing feedback and support to pharmacy teams Help manage EPOS systems, including pricing updates Meet with sales representatives and external stakeholders to drive retail success

What We're Looking For



Proven experience in multi-site retail management. Strong visual merchandising skills and a keen eye for detail Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Proficiency in EPOS systems and retail analytics A full clean driving licence is required
