Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. You will play a crucial role in leading and motivating the team to achieve store objectives while maintaining a positive shopping environment.

Duties

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Supervise and lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to enhance performance. Communicate effectively with team members to foster a collaborative work environment. Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and organisation of merchandise displays. Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximise profitability. Train new staff on operational procedures, customer service standards, and product knowledge. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Maintain an organised store environment that reflects the brand's image.

Experience

Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role is essential. Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage schedules, reports, and inventory records effectively. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in team management and development. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for effective communication with diverse customers. A passion for sales management with a track record of achieving sales targets.
