What You'll Do:

Support and deputise for the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations

Motivate, coach, and lead a small team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Deliver high levels of customer service and build lasting customer relationships

Help manage stock levels, pricing, and visual merchandising

Contribute to buying, selling, and lending activities in line with company policy

Ensure compliance with all financial and legal regulations

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a retail, financial services, or pawnbroking environment (assistant management experience desirable)

Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to teamwork

Customer-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Results-driven with a passion for hitting targets

Organised, dependable, and adaptable to change
