OVERVIEW OF ROLE
Were recruiting a Retail Assistant (maternity cover) for our successful Wakefield shop! Join a great team in a highly successful store, selling quality clothing and accessories, homeware, books and CDs/DVDs all donated by our supporters.
Our shops arent just a place for people to donate or bargain hunt, but also to build careers, volunteer and support our cause. And every penny of profit made by our shops helps us be here for children and families who desperately need our support.
As retail shop assistant, youll support the manager and assistant manager, helping customers, sorting stock and making the store look the best it can be. You dont need to have worked in a shop before, but youll need to be up for talking to and helping customers, face to face and over the phone.
A great starting point for a career in charity retail, if youre excited about making a difference to local children and families, we want to hear from you!
