Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Demonstrate product knowledge and provide information on features and benefits. Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities. Maintain an organised sales market stall by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are visually appealing. Process transactions accurately using the point of sale system. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally. Collaborate with team members to achieve market goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Keep up-to-date with promotions, sales, and new product launches.

Requirements

1) You will need to have a vehicle and a full UK driving licence.

Proficiency in English is essential; bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and providing change. Excellent organisational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation. Time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy periods. Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
