Main Duties and Responsibilities
Support to the Store Management team demonstrating a clear will to win sale and motivate other team members
Develop a good understanding of all our products.
Create attractive displays in store and in our shop window
Listen to customers to understand their needs and price ranges, too.
Willingness to take part in videos for our social channels
Assist with the running of the e-commerce store, and online social media platforms (this work includes manual handling duties)
Experience, skills, and knowledge required for the role.
This role would be great for candidates who are currently Sales Assistants, Retail Assistants and Retail Sales Associates
You will be hard working and passionate about delivering a great customer experience.
You will be confident serving and communicating with different customers
You will understand the value of listening to different customers to adapt your sales tactics.
You should have great eye for detail to assist us with our merchandising - in store, in our shop windows and for social media content.
