is looking for a new team member to join our friendly, customer-focused team.

The Role

As a

Retail Assistant

, you'll play a key part in the day-to-day running of the store. No two days are the same -- one moment you'll be helping a customer find a great deal, and the next you might be testing an item, updating our online listings, or handling a purchase or loan.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing excellent customer service in-store and online Buying and selling a wide range of pre-owned items Processing transactions accurately and efficiently Helping to maintain store displays and stock organisation Supporting with online sales and social media promotions Ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, approachable and customer-focused

Trustworthy and reliable

, with great attention to detail

Team-oriented

, but able to work independently when needed

Comfortable with technology or jewellery

, including computers and social media
Retail experience is an advantage, but full training will be given to the right person.
