Retail Assistant - Spar Gwersyllt

Hours: 12 per week (overtime available)

Location: Gwersyllt, Wrexham

Age Requirement: 18+

We are looking for a polite, reliable, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Spar Gwersyllt. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with the public, is confident on the tills, and takes pride in keeping the store running smoothly.

About the Role

As a Retail Assistant, you will be the face of our store, making sure every customer has a positive experience. Your role will be varied and fast-paced, and you will work closely with the rest of the team to keep the store operating at its best.

Key Responsibilities:

Serving customers politely and efficiently at the tills Handling Evri parcel collections and drop-offs Operating the National Lottery machine Replenishing shelves and ensuring stock is well-presented Maintaining a clean and tidy store environment Providing excellent customer service at all times
What We're Looking For:

Polite, reliable, and friendly personality Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team Previous retail experience preferred, but not essential Flexibility with working hours when required A positive attitude and willingness to learn
