Summary

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our shop in Yeovil. This role is vital in supporting our fundraising efforts through retail sales while helping to raise awareness about animal welfare. The ideal candidate will be passionate about animal care and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs while promoting animal welfare. Ensuring shelves are stocked and replenished in a timely manner. Engage with customers to provide information about the sanctuary and its mission. Have great visual to ensure the shop looks it best at all times. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain a clean and welcoming retail environment. To cover for the Charity Shop manager in their absence.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Organisational skills to manage donations and new goods.
