Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them with their needs. Your expertise in pharmacy-related tasks will be invaluable as you help ensure that customers receive the right products and information.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Provide information on medication administration and answer any queries related to pharmacy products. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Maintain a clean and organised sales floor, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are appealing. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Assist in managing inventory levels, including receiving stock deliveries and conducting regular stock checks.

Skills
