We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the perfect products to meet their needs. You will play a vital role in driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Demonstrate product knowledge and provide recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked. Handle transactions accurately using basic maths skills for cash handling and till operations.

Experience

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Strong organisational skills and effective time management. A passion for sales and the ability to communicate effectively with customers from various backgrounds.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 11.63-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 9 - 30 per week
