The Role
This is a busy and varied role that combines retail duties with hands-on work across the gardening sundries department, both indoors and outdoors
Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing friendly and knowledgeable advice to customers on our wide range of products, from plants and tools to composts and sundries
Maintaining our high standards of visual merchandising and ensuring displays are attractive, well-stocked, and tidy
Assisting with all aspects of department work, as required
Receiving and unloading deliveries, pricing stock, and replenishing shelves
Helping customers carry and load heavy items into their cars
About you
We are looking for someone who is:
Passionate about retail and willing to learn
Able to deliver outstanding customer service with a positive, can-do attitude
A reliable and flexible team player who can support colleagues across the centre
Comfortable with working both indoors and outdoors
Organised, with good attention to detail
