Retail Assistant - Gardening Department

- situated at Chenies Garden Centre.

( 17 hours per week over 2 days to be agreed based on the applicants availability)

We are looking for a General Assistant to join our team at Chenies Garden Centre, nr Rickmansworth. The Role

This is a busy and varied role that combines retail duties with hands-on work across the gardening sundries department, both indoors and outdoors

Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing friendly and knowledgeable advice to customers on our wide range of products, from plants and tools to composts and sundries Maintaining our high standards of visual merchandising and ensuring displays are attractive, well-stocked, and tidy Assisting with all aspects of department work, as required Receiving and unloading deliveries, pricing stock, and replenishing shelves Helping customers carry and load heavy items into their cars
