This role would suit someone from a retail background or potentially someone from a hospitality background who has a good knowledge and strong passion for drinks!

Your responsibilities include selling, restocking, and maintaining visually stunning merchandising displays to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities/Main Duties:Ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction through exemplary sales service. Maintain an inviting store environment with outstanding visual merchandising standards. Assist in the sales process by ensuring our store is fully stocked at all times. Ascertain customers' needs and provide knowledgeable support. Recommend and showcase items that perfectly match customer requirements. Welcome and greet customers with warmth and friendliness. Manage seamless point-of-sale processes for a hassle-free shopping experience. Actively participate in the receiving of goods to keep our inventory vibrant. Proactively acquire knowledge of our product range to better assist customers. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a smooth operation.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:No prior experience needed - comprehensive training will be provided! Basic understanding of sales principles and excellent customer service practices. Proficiency in English with solid communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality to create positive interactions. Basic administration skills to support daily operations. Adherence to health and safety protocols for a secure shopping environment.
