Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic retail sales assistant. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming shopping experience. You will assist customers with their purchases, maintain the presentation of the sales floor, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them as needed. Demonstrate product knowledge, and assist customers in finding products around the store. Operate the till and handle transactions accurately and promptly. Assist in merchandising and maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the sales floor. Able to work well with other members of staff Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Requirements
Basic maths skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately. Previous retail experience is preferable Able to work every Saturday (no Sundays).
