Job Brief:

We are looking for our new team member - an Assistant Manager - to help organise and run our Walkden retail store. You must be presentable, warm and welcoming with the ability to build a rapport with our online and retail store customers. Your ability to provide quality customer service and fast order dispatch will help you achieve the position.

Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments) Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly KPIs Monitor and maintain store inventory Evaluate customer needs and provide them with the best recommendations Coach and support new and existing team members Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functionable and presentable

Requirement for the ideal match

Proven experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or similar position Familiarity with financial and customer service principles Leadership and organisational abilities Interpersonal and communication skills Problem-solving attitude Open for full-time position
