What You'll Be Doing



Serving trade and retail customers at the counter with a helpful, professional attitude

Offering advice and product knowledge (full training provided)Processing transactions, including card payments and account sales

Preparing and managing customer orders for collection or delivery

Handling customer enquiries and following up promptly

Keeping the trade counter and showroom organised

Supporting stock management, pricing and displays

Assisting with online order processing when needed

Providing cover for the Order Processing Team during breaks and holidays

What You'll Bring

Experience in a retail, trade counter, or customer service environment

Confidence using IT systems (they use cloud-based tools and CRM software - training provided)

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A friendly, approachable manner and eagerness to learn

Bonus skills (not required):



Knowledge of staircases, joinery, or construction

Experience with stock management or order processing

Familiarity with CRM systems or data entry tools
