Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous valeting / forecourt experience as you'll be responsible for maintaining the standards of presentation of our sales cars.

You must have a full driving licence and have good communication skills to liaise with colleagues, delivery drivers and customers.

Responsibilities

The role includes but is not limited to;

Presentation of used vehicles including regular washing to maintain company standards Assisting with vehicle deliveries i.e. both new vehicle deliveries and used vehicles for re-sale arriving at site Parking and storage of stock vehicles and supporting existing valet team at peak times to ensure volume and quality requirements are met Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the parking area, ensuring it is free from debris and hazards Assist with the retrieval of vehicles when requested by colleagues, ensuring a timely response

Experience

Previous valeting experience in a customer service role is preferred but training will be provided. Strong driving skills with a valid driving licence; experience with various vehicle types is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers from diverse backgrounds. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety protocols. A friendly and approachable demeanour, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
