Job Description

We are looking volunteers to work with us in our charity shop in March Cambridgeshire. It's an exciting opportunity to join our already existing team of loyal volunteers.

It would be helpful if you have worked in retail before but it is not essential. If you have any previous customer service experience that would be an advantage but we are happy to work with you to grow those skills

We are asking that you volunteer for us for at least two to four hours a week. If you can do more hours, that would be great. We have spaces available all week but we are particularly looking for help on Monday (pm), Tuesday (pm), Wednesday (anytime), Thursday (pm) and Saturday (am).

You will be given full training and the role will involve

Sorting donations Assist with stock rotation (getting things out on the shop floor) Help to keep the shop clean and tidy Serving customers (once comfortable to do so - training will be given) Help to present items on the shop floor in a way that appeals to customers (merchandising)
You can choose when you would like to work and you should let us know when you apply if you have a preference

We ask that you make a regular commitment to your shift.

Job Types: Part-time, Volunteer

Pay: 0.01-0.02 per year

Expected hours: No less than 2 per week
