Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers
- Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Experience in using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to communicate effectively over the phone

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
