We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and friendly Assistant Manager to join our team at Osborne Grocery & Gift Shop in Amroth on a part time/flexible basis.
You will ideally have supervisory/cashing-up experience and will be working closely with the Store Manager, supporting them with the running of the store and stepping up in their absence. You will be helping to deliver first-class customer service, product availability and sales whilst maintaining amazing stock standards in-store.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the store
Providing amazing customer service to all who walk through the doors
Help drive sales by supporting the team
Cash handling and banking
Following policies and procedures put in place
Ensure stock is merchandised to a great standard
Rotating stock
Assisting with deliveries and re-stocking
Ensure relevant documents are dealt with and filed correctly
Due to the nature of the store and role, the ideal candidate will be flexible as there will be extended opening times during peak trading periods as well as to cover holiday absences.
The ideal candidate will need to ensure they can reliably commute to and from the store, please check the location of the store if you are unsure.
