We're currently seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our Perth store team.
What You Will Do
As part of a busy and supportive retail team, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering a high standard of customer service
Advising customers on our range of products
Processing cash and card transactions accurately
Monitoring and replenishing stock levels
Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation
What We are Looking For
You will be enthusiastic, reliable, and confident in a customer-facing role. Ideal candidates will have:
A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Physical fitness and the ability to handle manual tasks
Aged 17 or over
Desirable but not essential:
Background or interest in agriculture and/or equine care
SQP (Animal Medicine) qualification - training can be provided
