We're looking for an experienced

Retail Associate to

join a small team

on a fixed term contract

from

August to December

. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience in a beautifully curated store in Mayfair, London with ad hoc support at our Brompton Cross store.

HOURS:

40 hours a week including weekends.

SALARY:

13.53 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome and engage customers with genuine care and product knowledge. Deliver a elevated retail experience that reflects Bamford's values of wellness and sustainability. Build lasting customer relationships and a loyal client base through thoughtful service. Share insights into our collections, ingredients, and brand philosophy. Support visual merchandising and maintain a pristine, inviting store environment. Collaborate with your team to meet sales targets and exceed expectations.

SKILLS YOU WILL BRING

Previous experience in luxury retail or lifestyle brands. A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for creating serene, welcoming environments. A passion for organic living, wellness, and sustainable fashion. Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people. A proactive, positive attitude and a commitment to excellence. A genuine alignment with Bamford's values of wellness, sustainability, and craftsmanship Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods.
