The Role

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused

Retail Associate with Barista experience

to join our boutique team. You'll be the first point of contact for our guests - serving exquisite beverages, guiding them through our retail offerings, and creating an exceptional customer experience that reflects the VIVEL ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service in both retail and cafe settings Prepare and serve coffee and beverages to specialty standards Maintain product knowledge and assist customers with boutique purchases Ensure boutique and cafe areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing Process transactions accurately and efficiently Support inventory management and restocking as needed Uphold VIVEL's premium brand standards at all times

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a barista and in a retail or hospitality environment Strong customer service and communication skills A keen eye for detail and a passion for luxury service A friendly, proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced boutique setting Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays
