Retail Counter Assistant
Job Description
Delivering high-quality customer service at a busy retail counter. Managing customer enquiries both in person and over the phone. Assisting with stock control and replenishment. Performing additional tasks as required to support store operations.
Requirements:
Motivated and reliable with good interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Willingness to learn new systems and procedures
Sound knowledge of car parts required
Previous counter or retail experience is beneficial
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 24,420.00-38,309.09 per year
Work Location: In person
