About the Role

Johnsons Leisure Limited, is one of the UK's largest independent retailers of premium outdoor living products. Operating from 20 locations across England and Northern Ireland.

We are looking for a Part/Full time Retail Customer Service & Admin Assistant to join our friendly team.

You'll be based within our inspiring outdoor living display village within Dobbies Garden centre at Woodcote, supporting sales of our full range of garden rooms, luxury hot tubs, composite decking and indoor saunas.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a hands-on, people-focused position combining customer service, sales support and administration. Your day-to-day could include:

Welcoming visitors and offering friendly, helpful guidance about our products Customer relationship management using our easy-to-use systems Lead progression, following up on customer enquiries Coordinating appointments and follow-ups for the sales team Handling day-to-day admin, filing and data entry tasks Assisting with showroom presentation and product displays Helping ensure a top level of customer experience

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Is confident, approachable and enjoys talking to people Enjoys the outside with an outgoing personality Has strong organisational and administrative skills Brings a proactive, can-do approach to their work Has good computer literacy (Microsoft Office and CRM experience an advantage) Works well as part of a team
