We're looking for an enthusiastic

Retail & Hospitality Team Member

to join Team Johns on a weekend day, with the opportunity to increase hours during school holidays.

The role

Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm, friendly approach Take accurate orders at the till for eat-in and takeaway customers Carry out basic food preparation tasks Prepare and serve excellent coffees, shakes and smoothies Build strong knowledge of our deli and cafe produce to confidently recommend items Multi-task effectively in a busy environment with a willingness to learn Receive and put away deliveries using the FIFO method Maintain high standards of cleanliness and carry out cleaning duties as required Work flexibly across shifts, including alternate weekend days

The person

Passionate about delivering excellent customer service that keeps customers coming back Previous sales or retail experience preferred Calm, professional and motivated in a fast-paced environment Genuine interest in quality food and drink A good sense of humour and enjoyment of team life Barista training an advantage, with a passion for great coffee Good numeracy and IT skills Confident communicator, able to engage with a wide range of customers
Working pattern

3-4 days per week on a contracted basis Additional hours available during school holidays and to cover staff leave
