We are looking for a
Retail Design Coordinator
to join our team and support the delivery of new and updated showroom environments. This role combines technical drawing production with project support, giving you the opportunity to see your work come to life in our retail spaces.
You'll produce detail drawings, coordinate with suppliers, and assist our Project Managers in ensuring projects run smoothly. It's an ideal position for someone with strong design skills who wants to broaden their experience into project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce accurate construction/detail drawings to support showroom development projects.
Translate design intent into clear, build-ready documentation.
Support project managers with materials orders, scheduling, and supplier liaison.
Maintain drawing packages and records for internal use and external contractors.
Assist with project administration, reporting, and timelines.
Strong CAD/drawing skills (AutoCAD or equivalent).
Experience in retail, interiors, or related design/technical fields.
Organised and detail-oriented, with good communication skills.
Interested in learning more about project delivery processes.
Maintain clear documentation and reporting for internal and external stakeholders
