You will be responsible for conceptualising, designing, and executing aesthetically pleasing and functional retail and event spaces that enhance the overall customer experience.

The ideal candidate will enjoy collaborating with multi-discipline design teams, including account management, marketing, visualisers, graphic designers and operations, to create visually stunning and on-brand retail environments.
An impressive portfolio and track record of interior design projects, retail design, architectural visualisation or point-of-sale design would be advantageous.
Key responsibilities:
Design store layouts, product displays, window displays, and promotional event spaces for big brands
Create innovative and eye-catching visual concepts to support different shopper journeys and retail touchpoints and translate your ideas into cohesive design concepts
Work with construction documents supplied by architects and engineers, interpret key information and work to relevant design standards
Work closely with our project managers and suppliers to oversee the entire store design process from concept and development through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Stay informed about relevant industry trends, consumer behaviours, regulations, and sustainability practices
Essential skills and experience:
Broad knowledge of materials and finishes and experience in technical detailing
A proven track record of working on environmentally conscious projects
Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, design principles, and visual storytelling techniques
Awareness of shop fit costs and inventive approach to achieving cost-effective solutions
Confident to work with 3D modelling software such as 3ds Max and SketchUp
Rendering skills using V-Ray or Corona, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
