Our business in the UK is under rapid growth. We launched the stunning, upgraded London Flagship Store in Mayfair London in October 2022. We have our own website and also have presence in a few selected 3rd party ECommerce platforms.
Overview of the role:
Bosideng is looking for a passionate and highly driven E-commerce Assistant for a newly created permanent position. We are keen to meet individuals with a strong business mindset and a creative, customer-focused approach, who are dedicated to expanding their retail expertise.
You will receive coaching to develop the highest standards of customer service, product knowledge and the opportunity to gain a broad understanding of retail store and E-commerce operations from our experienced retail team.
We are a growing business in the UK and therefore opportunities to join the company in a permanent role and progress could be a focus in the coming months. Our E-commerce assistant will be given a very broad insight into the daily operations and therefore will be exposed to many areas of the E-commerce department.
Those that join us as E-commerce assistant, will have a willingness to be developed into managerial roles within the business and enjoy being exposed to every aspect of a retail business.
We are looking to meet candidates who are passionate about E-Commerce and eager to contribute to the growth of our business in this area. Candidates with a strong individual network that can be utilized within the workplace to aid business growth would be advantageous.
What you can expect to achieve:
Product Management- Training on products listing, maintenance and optimizations across different platforms.
Customer Service - Training on how to deliver the highest levels of customer service and journey.
Order Processing - Training on processing customer orders, including coordinating with the warehouse team and logistic companies.
Stock management - Training on utilizing stock management policies, procedures and systems.
Data Processing and Analysis - Training and development on data processing and business report analysis.

Preferred experience:
Retail, particularly in e-commerce including managing a business-owned website or selling through third-party platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, etc.
We are looking for candidates that can demonstrate moderate experience in retail. You will be a dynamic self-starter, highly commercial and results driven - with the ability to hit the ground running. The E-commerce team will be a small and busy team, so you must have a hands-on approach.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written are essential as are highly proficient organisational skills. We will require proficient IT skills to include MS Excel and MS Paint or other image editing skills such as using Canva or Photoshop.
Education to a degree level would be beneficial but not essential.
Ideally, we would like you have some working experience in either official transactional websites or 3rd party platforms such as Amazon, Ebay or ECommerce Agency which look after customers' websites. However, if you have not yet got the experience, do not worry. We can provide training.
In addition, Chinese speaking will be a bonus. Any experience in Paid advertisement (Google and/or facebook meta business suite) will be a bonus.
Please note:
E-commerce assistant will gain exposure to various areas of retail, rather than working exclusively in the e-commerce department. We therefore ask for a willingness to participate in all aspects of the business, including website maintenance, stock management (which may involve some manual lifting), visual merchandising support, delivery and order processing. Training will be provided.
