Hive Educator & Sales Specialist - The Ultimate Role for a Bee & Nature Lover

The Mission

At Local Honey Man, we don't just sell jars of honey; we share the magic of the hive. We are looking for a unique individual who is as passionate about British biodiversity as they are about connecting with people. Your goal is to turn every visitor into a true supporter of the bees through the power of nature-based storytelling.

The Role

This isn't your average retail job. Based in our E17 shop (Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30), you will be the face of our brand. You will use your knowledge to show customers the inner workings of a colony, explaining the "why" behind our raw products. You won't just be selling products; you'll be inspiring people through genuine connection and passion.

What You'll Do

Relationship-Led Sales: Lead with value to build a loyal, "sticky" customer base that truly understands the craft. Workshop Hosting: Lead in-store beekeeping experiences and interactive sessions for our community. Field Work: Join our team at our London apiaries to stay connected to the source and get hands-on with the bees. Brand Advocacy: Ensure every person who walks in leaves with a deeper appreciation for nature and the environment.
